# myatmo vs HomeAtmo

The clearest difference is rating: HomeAtmo at 4.9 against myatmo's 4.5. myatmo's advantage is ratings volume (279 vs 8) and review sentiment (79% vs 70%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. myatmo sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and HomeAtmo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HomeAtmo holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: myatmo has 279 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of myatmo's written reviews are positive against 70% of HomeAtmo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

myatmo ships an update every 5 weeks, HomeAtmo monthly. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
