# STRUMIS Mobility vs Synology Drive

The clearest difference is rating: STRUMIS Mobility at 5.0 against Synology Drive's 4.5. STRUMIS Mobility also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Synology Drive's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and ratings volume (4.4K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

STRUMIS Mobility holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Synology Drive has 4.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of STRUMIS Mobility's written reviews are positive against 33% of Synology Drive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
