# Forecast Bar vs WeatherGraph

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Forecast Bar at 2.8K against WeatherGraph's 103. Forecast Bar also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and chart position (#107 vs unranked). WeatherGraph's advantage is review sentiment (78% vs 62%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forecast Bar sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month and WeatherGraph sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forecast Bar holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forecast Bar has 2.8K ratings behind it against 103, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Forecast Bar's written reviews are positive against 78% of WeatherGraph's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
