# LoJack vs Lincoln™

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Lincoln™ at none against LoJack's 1. Lincoln™ also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). LoJack's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LoJack sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $129.99 per year. Lincoln™ asks for nothing beyond the download.

LoJack holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 94K and 137K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of LoJack's written reviews are positive against 49% of Lincoln™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LoJack ships an update every 2 months, Lincoln™ fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 18, 2026.
