# UniFi vs TM

The clearest difference is rating: UniFi at 4.7 against TM's 1.0. UniFi also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (24K vs 3). TM's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

UniFi holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UniFi has 24K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

UniFi ships an update fortnightly, TM every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
