# Done! vs PERSISTENT Reminder

The clearest difference is rating: PERSISTENT Reminder at 5.0 against Done!'s 4.6. Done!'s advantage is ratings volume (377 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Done! sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and PERSISTENT Reminder sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PERSISTENT Reminder holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Done! has 377 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Done! ships an update every 2 weeks, PERSISTENT Reminder every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
