# Litchi for DJI Drones vs Skydio

The clearest difference is price: Skydio at Free against Litchi for DJI Drones's $24.99. Litchi for DJI Drones's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Skydio is free to download; Litchi for DJI Drones costs $24.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Litchi for DJI Drones holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Litchi for DJI Drones has 2.3K ratings behind it against 79, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Litchi for DJI Drones's written reviews are positive against 43% of Skydio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
