# FitNotes vs Fitzap

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fitzap at 100% against FitNotes's 59%. Fitzap also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). FitNotes's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FitNotes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Fitzap sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fitzap holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FitNotes has 1.5K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.
