# InterNations vs Boappa

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Boappa at none against InterNations's 5. Boappa also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). InterNations's advantage is ratings volume (5.2K vs 4) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InterNations sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month. Boappa asks for nothing beyond the download.

InterNations holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: InterNations has 5.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of InterNations's written reviews are positive against 50% of Boappa's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

InterNations ships an update every 2 months, Boappa fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 13, 2026.
