# InterNations vs Brackets Social

The clearest difference is rating: Brackets Social at 5.0 against InterNations's 4.6. Brackets Social also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). InterNations's advantage is ratings volume (5.2K vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InterNations sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month and Brackets Social sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Brackets Social holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: InterNations has 5.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

InterNations ships an update every 2 months, Brackets Social every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
