# 英雄坛说 vs 金书群侠传

The clearest difference is rating: 金书群侠传 at 4.7 against 英雄坛说's 3.5. 金书群侠传 also leads on ratings volume (179 vs 4). 英雄坛说's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 英雄坛说 sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and 金书群侠传 sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

金书群侠传 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 金书群侠传 has 179 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of 英雄坛说's written reviews are positive against 68% of 金书群侠传's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

英雄坛说 ships an update every 5 weeks, 金书群侠传 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
