Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Wallora at none against Live Wallpapers AR's 2. Wallora also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 54%). Live Wallpapers AR's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 13 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live Wallpapers AR sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Wallora asks for nothing beyond the download.
Live Wallpapers AR holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live Wallpapers AR has 251 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Wallora's written reviews are positive against 54% of Live Wallpapers AR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Wallora ships an update every 13 months, Live Wallpapers AR every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
