# RP ePaper vs E

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RP ePaper at 84% against E's 52%. RP ePaper also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 11 months). E's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RP ePaper sells 41 in-app purchases, starting at $34.99 per month and E sells 53 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RP ePaper ships an update every 2 months, E every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
