# 火星小说 vs 寒武纪年

The clearest difference is rating: 火星小说 at 3.8 against 寒武纪年's 3.0. 火星小说 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). 寒武纪年's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 火星小说 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and 寒武纪年 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

火星小说 holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 火星小说 has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 87% and 86% positive.

火星小说 ships an update every 3 months, 寒武纪年 every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
