# MLS vs HomEZ

MLS and HomEZ both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of HomEZ's written reviews are positive against 57% of MLS's. HomEZ also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). MLS's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (11K vs 9). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for MLS against 5.0 for HomEZ. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MLS has 11K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 57% of MLS's written reviews are positive against 100% of HomEZ's.

MLS ships an update every 2 months, HomEZ every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
