# MLS vs Phoenix Management Services

The clearest difference is rating: MLS at 4.9 against Phoenix Management Services's 1.0. MLS also leads on ratings volume (11K vs 2). Phoenix Management Services's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MLS holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MLS has 11K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MLS ships an update every 2 months, Phoenix Management Services every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
