# Inclr vs Desktop

The clearest difference is rating: Desktop at 5.0 against Inclr's 3.8. Desktop also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Inclr's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inclr sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Desktop sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Desktop holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inclr has 27 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Inclr ships an update every 10 days, Desktop weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
