# Rain Bird vs Generac Go

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Generac Go at 100% against Rain Bird's 31%. Generac Go also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Rain Bird's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Generac Go holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7.
