# Sotheby's vs VLVT ID

The clearest difference is ads: VLVT ID at none against Sotheby's's shown. VLVT ID also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). Sotheby's's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sotheby's ships an update every 2 weeks, VLVT ID every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
