# AXIS Camera Station Pro & 5 vs AwareNet

The clearest difference is update cadence: AwareNet at every 2 days against AXIS Camera Station Pro & 5's fortnightly. AwareNet also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AXIS Camera Station Pro & 5 ships an update fortnightly, AwareNet every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
