# Lingbe vs TalkNative

The clearest difference is rating: TalkNative at 5.0 against Lingbe's 4.5. TalkNative also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%). Lingbe's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lingbe sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and TalkNative sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TalkNative holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lingbe has 1.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Lingbe's written reviews are positive against 100% of TalkNative's.

Lingbe ships an update fortnightly, TalkNative every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
