# HitCheck vs Feastmate

The clearest difference is rating: Feastmate at 5.0 against HitCheck's 4.0. Feastmate also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months). HitCheck's advantage is ratings volume (77 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Feastmate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HitCheck has 77 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HitCheck ships an update every 3 months, Feastmate every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
