# LM Events vs Applied Net

The clearest difference is rating: Applied Net at 4.8 against LM Events's 4.2. Applied Net also leads on ratings volume (511 vs 13) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). LM Events's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 10 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Applied Net holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Applied Net has 511 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.

LM Events ships an update every 5 weeks, Applied Net every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
