# TeamGenius vs iStatVball 3

The clearest difference is rating: iStatVball 3 at 4.6 against TeamGenius's 4.1. iStatVball 3 also leads on ratings volume (632 vs 36) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). TeamGenius's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (80% vs 71%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iStatVball 3 sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. TeamGenius asks for nothing beyond the download.

iStatVball 3 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iStatVball 3 has 632 ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of TeamGenius's written reviews are positive against 71% of iStatVball 3's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
