# AsthmaHelp vs Asthma Excellence

The clearest difference is update cadence: Asthma Excellence at every 4 weeks against AsthmaHelp's every 32 months. AsthmaHelp's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AsthmaHelp ships an update every 32 months, Asthma Excellence every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
