# CATCHPLAY+ vs ArmFlix

The clearest difference is monetization model: CATCHPLAY+ at free with in-app purchases against ArmFlix's subscription. CATCHPLAY+ also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). ArmFlix's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (43% vs 30%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CATCHPLAY+ sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and ArmFlix sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
