# Mongo Madness vs Elves Clan

The clearest difference is update cadence: Elves Clan at every 6 weeks against Mongo Madness's every 6 months. Elves Clan also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mongo Madness sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Elves Clan sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mongo Madness ships an update every 6 months, Elves Clan every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
