# Fawesome vs Pixi+

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pixi+ at 100% against Fawesome's 43%. Pixi+ also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Fawesome's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (11K vs 3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fawesome holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fawesome has 11K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Fawesome's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pixi+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fawesome ships an update weekly, Pixi+ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
