# Silenus vs NOIR

The clearest difference is update cadence: NOIR at weekly against Silenus's every 3 weeks. Silenus's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Silenus sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and NOIR sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Silenus ships an update every 3 weeks, NOIR weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
