# Stepik vs РГУПС Mobile

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: РГУПС Mobile at none against Stepik's 10. РГУПС Mobile also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 69%). Stepik's advantage is ratings volume (913 vs 15) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stepik sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. РГУПС Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

Stepik holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stepik has 913 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Stepik's written reviews are positive against 100% of РГУПС Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stepik ships an update weekly, РГУПС Mobile every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
