# Kosmos vs MuBiBu

The clearest difference is rating: Kosmos at 5.0 against MuBiBu's 1.0. Kosmos also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 16.0). MuBiBu's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kosmos holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kosmos has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of Kosmos's written reviews are positive against 20% of MuBiBu's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kosmos ships an update every 6 months, MuBiBu monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
