# Altibbi vs ميدي لايت

The clearest difference is monetization model: ميدي لايت at free against Altibbi's subscription. ميدي لايت also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). Altibbi's advantage is ratings volume (2.8K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ميدي لايت holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Altibbi has 2.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Altibbi ships an update every 3 weeks, ميدي لايت every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
