# BimmerLink vs LF Audio AuralSync

The clearest difference is review sentiment: LF Audio AuralSync at 100% against BimmerLink's 53%. LF Audio AuralSync also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). BimmerLink's advantage is ratings volume (9.1K vs 8) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BimmerLink sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. LF Audio AuralSync asks for nothing beyond the download.

BimmerLink holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BimmerLink has 9.1K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of BimmerLink's written reviews are positive against 100% of LF Audio AuralSync's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BimmerLink ships an update every 4 weeks, LF Audio AuralSync every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
