# BimmerLink vs BimmerFix

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BimmerFix at 100% against BimmerLink's 54%. BimmerFix also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 weeks). BimmerLink's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.4) and ratings volume (9.1K vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BimmerLink sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and BimmerFix sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BimmerLink holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BimmerLink has 9.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of BimmerLink's written reviews are positive against 100% of BimmerFix's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BimmerLink ships an update every 4 weeks, BimmerFix every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
