# BimmerLink vs ConvertPilot

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ConvertPilot at 100% against BimmerLink's 54%. ConvertPilot also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). BimmerLink's advantage is ratings volume (9.1K vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BimmerLink sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. ConvertPilot asks for nothing beyond the download.

ConvertPilot holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BimmerLink has 9.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
