# Goodcents vs Dara's

Goodcents and Dara's both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Dara's's written reviews are positive against 49% of Goodcents's. Goodcents's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (5.3K vs 44). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Goodcents against 4.8 for Dara's. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goodcents has 5.3K ratings behind it against 44, so its average is the more settled of the two.
