# Goodcents vs Juice Stop

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Juice Stop at 85% against Goodcents's 49%. Goodcents's advantage is ratings volume (5.3K vs 24) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Goodcents holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goodcents has 5.3K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Goodcents's written reviews are positive against 85% of Juice Stop's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Goodcents ships an update every 3 months, Juice Stop every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
