# 三国演义 vs Monster Chef

三国演义 and Monster Chef both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 95% of 三国演义's written reviews are positive against 70% of Monster Chef's. 三国演义 also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Monster Chef's advantage is ratings volume (1.8K vs 210). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 三国演义 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Monster Chef sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for 三国演义 against 4.8 for Monster Chef. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Monster Chef has 1.8K ratings behind it against 210, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 95% of 三国演义's written reviews are positive against 70% of Monster Chef's.

三国演义 ships an update monthly, Monster Chef every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
