# Ultimate Scoreboard vs CDRepeat

The clearest difference is rating: Ultimate Scoreboard at 4.7 against CDRepeat's 4.0. Ultimate Scoreboard also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (385 vs 1). CDRepeat's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (100% vs 73%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ultimate Scoreboard sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. CDRepeat asks for nothing beyond the download.

Ultimate Scoreboard holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ultimate Scoreboard has 385 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Ultimate Scoreboard's written reviews are positive against 100% of CDRepeat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ultimate Scoreboard ships an update every 2 months, CDRepeat every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
