# EduCalc Pro vs Solvely

The clearest difference is price: Solvely at Free against EduCalc Pro's $1.99. Solvely also leads on ratings volume (41K vs 32) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). EduCalc Pro's advantage is review sentiment (82% vs 72%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Solvely is free to download; EduCalc Pro costs $1.99 up front. EduCalc Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Solvely sells 28 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Solvely holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solvely has 41K ratings behind it against 32, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of EduCalc Pro's written reviews are positive against 72% of Solvely's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EduCalc Pro ships an update every 2 weeks, Solvely every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
