# B vs ServicePro Heating

The clearest difference is monetization model: ServicePro Heating at free against B's free with in-app purchases. ServicePro Heating also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). B's advantage is ratings volume (336K vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ServicePro Heating holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: B has 336K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

B ships an update every 6 weeks, ServicePro Heating every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
