# Core vs UpDog Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: UpDog Mobile at 5.0 against Core's 3.1. Core's advantage is ratings volume (59 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
