# Core vs IntouchCheck

The clearest difference is review sentiment: IntouchCheck at 100% against Core's 33%. IntouchCheck also leads on rating (4.3 vs 3.1). Core's advantage is ratings volume (59 vs 6) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IntouchCheck holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Core has 59 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 33% of Core's written reviews are positive against 100% of IntouchCheck's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on June 8, 2026 and June 24, 2026 respectively.
