# iCity · 我的日记 vs lookus

The clearest difference is rating: iCity · 我的日记 at 4.8 against lookus's 3.7. iCity · 我的日记 also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 3) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). lookus's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription). Both are free to download. iCity · 我的日记 sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and lookus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
