# GoodTask vs TAMS PM Tracking

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TAMS PM Tracking at none against GoodTask's 5. TAMS PM Tracking also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). GoodTask's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GoodTask sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year. TAMS PM Tracking asks for nothing beyond the download.

TAMS PM Tracking holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoodTask has 2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GoodTask ships an update every 4 days, TAMS PM Tracking every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
