# Dayuse.com vs LA Metro Micro

The clearest difference is monetization model: LA Metro Micro at free against Dayuse.com's free with in-app purchases. Dayuse.com's advantage is ratings volume (28K vs 1.1K) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dayuse.com holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dayuse.com has 28K ratings behind it against 1.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Dayuse.com's written reviews are positive against 55% of LA Metro Micro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dayuse.com ships an update fortnightly, LA Metro Micro monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
