# Goldie vs CommentExtractor

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Goldie at 73% against CommentExtractor's 24%. Goldie also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.7) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Goldie sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and CommentExtractor sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Goldie holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goldie has 13K ratings behind it against 66, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 73% of Goldie's written reviews are positive against 24% of CommentExtractor's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
