# Goldie vs DDD AUTO DOC

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DDD AUTO DOC at none against Goldie's 14. Goldie's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Goldie sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. DDD AUTO DOC asks for nothing beyond the download.

DDD AUTO DOC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goldie has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Goldie ships an update weekly, DDD AUTO DOC fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
