# SUNLIGHT vs LOVE REPUBLIC

SUNLIGHT and LOVE REPUBLIC both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 58% of SUNLIGHT's written reviews are positive against 24% of LOVE REPUBLIC's. SUNLIGHT also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (3.6K vs 284). LOVE REPUBLIC's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for SUNLIGHT against 4.9 for LOVE REPUBLIC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SUNLIGHT has 3.6K ratings behind it against 284, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 58% of SUNLIGHT's written reviews are positive against 24% of LOVE REPUBLIC's.
