# Make Color vs Dots and Patterns

The clearest difference is ads: Make Color at none against Dots and Patterns's shown. Make Color also leads on iOS requirement (5.1.1 vs 15). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Make Color sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dots and Patterns sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
